By activating this module, when the final approval of the order is verified by the visitor, the management website is checked at the same time and the products that do not have the required inventory are specified and the visitor can correct them.
Record customer points
On the first visit, the visitor will record the location of his customers using the GPS device. Registration of customer location can be compulsory for the visitor from the management side. Validation of recorded points is done by management reports
Registering Visitor and Image Report
During the visit, the visitor can submit a video of the store (advertising banner, shelf, shop environment, picture, etc.) and submit their report. A visit report may also be compulsory if the client is not ordered
Submit a Form
The forms made in the admin panel are filled by the visitor. Certain questions from the form or the entire form can be mandatory for a visitor
Confirm new customers
New customers who check out visitor visits are reviewed by managers. After defining the verification process and verifying users, managers confirm or reject them from the sent information of the visitor, location, checking whether they are repeat or not.
After ordering to the admin panel, the sales manager approves and finalizes orders. Approval of orders is a transfer license to the accounting system
Monitor the performance of the visitor
Check the delay in getting started, the expiry at work, the total amount of useful time, the average visit time, etc. in the Activity Report of the Visitor. Also, the recorded video of the visitor (which is automatically recorded) can be accessed to complaints or to review the product’s visibility in all visits.
Report implementation of the visit
View the execution rate of the program assigned to the visitor in tabular format and on the map. This report can be limited by visitor, supervisor, and time period
Report the motion of the visitor
The track of the visitor’s movement is carefully recorded from the start point to the end of the working day. Check the ordering points, log in / out of the customer, record the visit and the distance between all of these items to the actual customer position in this report.
Hit Rate Report
Check out the percentage of successful visits for each visitor in the Hit Rate Report. The amount of visits that leads to all visitor visits (at any time interval) will provide you with the percentage of successful visitor visits.
Improve your schedule and visit calendar
After reviewing and analyzing the initial visit plan, define the advanced visitor plan based on the assignment of the site to the visitor. The visit plan can be transmitted to the business calendar of the visitor, and if necessary, the visitor will see only those customers on their tablet each day.
